4.2 Approved Payment Methods. 778go accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and Philippine bank transfer (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank). Debit cards linked to approved Philippine banks may also be accepted. 778go does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind or credit card gambling deposits.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on the 778go Platform is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with 778go's standard withdrawal procedures. Processing times vary by payment method. 778go reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the 778go account.
4.5 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 778go account are your own personal funds and are not derived from any illegal activity. 778go complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 778go are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These terms are displayed at the time of each offer and must be read carefully before accepting any bonus.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

6.2 Game Outcomes. 6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game, 778go reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. 778go shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records maintained by 778go's gaming system shall be the definitive record. Players may submit disputes to customer support within seven (7) days of the disputed event.

9.2 778go's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 778go account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 778go's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13.3 Regulatory Complaints. If you believe that 778go has acted in breach of applicable gaming regulations, you may submit a complaint to PAGCOR or the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
